There is no shortage of quality Windows themes on the internet, all you need to do is understand clearly the impact that themes may or may not have on the performance of your computer, if you have a computer purchased in the last 5 years then you don’t need to worry, chances are that your computer has the hardware and software to run almost all major kinds of Windows themes.
